We made sure that the information regarding the products and the services displayed on the website are accurate. However, since screen settings vary, we cannot assure you nor be responsible for the display of colors of our products being completely accurate from one device to another.


Prices of products listed on NutriYum website are exclusive of all delivery costs. However, the price of the item along with the delivery charge will be displayed at the checkout. Delivery charges are determined based on the address the order is being delivered to


We do not offer the ability to cancel an order after it’s been delivered. If you wish to cancel your order, contact our customer service within 2 hours from ordering.


If you receive a damaged product, you can return it for a full refund. On reception of a damaged item, please immediately contact our customer service for assistance. Our team will assess your request and will confirm to you whether or not the item can be considered a damaged item or whether or not it has been delivered to you damaged. Please include pictures of the damaged item when writing to us as soon as you receive it to help us solve the problem quickly.


Refund for successfully returned items will be processed and credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Please note that our refund policy is only applicable for damaged items. Damaged products will be checked upon receipt by NutriYum to ensure they meet our refund conditions and you will be notified if the refund request has been approved or denied. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund transaction. In rare instances, a product may be available when you place an order but sold out by the time we process the order. We shall notify you if this happens and promptly work to resolve the matter. NutriYum is in no way liable to you or any other party should the item you ordered be unavailable beyond refunding the amount paid for that product only.


Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm (except Fridays). Kindly note that orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within 24 hours. If you fail to receive your order or did not reply to the driver’s calls, we will cancel the order, deduct the delivery costs and refund the rest to the original source of payment. For any further inquiries or information about this, please reach out to our customer service team prior to placing your order. NutriYum aims to deliver your orders in excellent condition as quickly as possible, but it is to be noted that the delivery times mentioned on the site are only estimates. We are not responsible nor accountable for delivery delays if the delivery details are not complete or incorrect.


NutriYum takes responsibility of your order only until the time it has been delivered to your billing address as you have listed it in your order. After the order is delivered to the address noted in the billing address, the responsibility passes on to you


NutriYum allows you to shop as a guest on the website. To benefit from our consultation services and more, you are requested to register on the website. During registration, you are required to provide true information about yourself in all respects. In case there’s a change in the details, please update them immediately.
